Manage your subscription
Calobite Premium is billed by Apple (on iPhone/iPad) or Google (on Android). To cancel, change plans, or request a refund:
On iPhone / iPad
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
- Select Calobite and tap Cancel Subscription.
For refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
On Android
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select Calobite and tap Cancel subscription.
For refunds, visit Google Play subscriptions and tap the order.
Delete your account
You can delete your Calobite account and all associated data at any time:
- Open Calobite on your phone.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to Delete Account and confirm.
Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, diary entries, weight history, exercise log, progress photos, and favorites. Canceling your subscription is a separate step (see above) — deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store or Play subscription.
If you can’t access the app, email privacy@calobite.dev from the address on your account and we’ll process the deletion manually.
Common questions
I forgot my password / can’t sign in
Calobite uses Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, or anonymous guest mode — there’s no password to reset. Tap the same provider you originally used. If you started as a guest and lost your data, it was only on that device; guest accounts don’t sync across devices.
The AI scan gave a weird calorie number
AI meal estimates are approximate. You can edit the portion size and nutrition values before saving to your diary. For packaged foods, the barcode scanner is more accurate than the photo scanner.
I was double-charged / my subscription didn’t activate
Email support@calobite.dev with your App Store / Play receipt. We’ll verify with our payment processor (RevenueCat) and resolve within 2 business days.

Email privacy@calobite.dev from the address on your account. We’ll send you a JSON export within 30 days.
